“PELIGRO” was created and introduced in Melbourne, Australia by JULIO PEREIRA. He was born in El Salvador and commonly known by the public as “El Rey”. Peligro’s first gig was in November 2001 at the “Next Blue” venue in the “Crown Casino complex” with the hottest Latin rhythms such as: Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, and last but not least the sexiest Latin tune to hit all of Latin America which is Reggaeton. Peligro was the first Latin band who introduced the reggaeton to our shores with song such as: Dile (Otra noche) & La Gasolina! The band consists of 14 professional musicians which is made up of a 5 piece Brass Section and 5 piece Rhythm section consisting of 3 percussionists, pianist and base and 4 vocalists. Peligro over the years has evolved by the publics view as “The Hottest Latin Show In Melbourne” and continues to dominate the Latin market with their excellent choreography & up-beat rhythms special “MERENGUE Swing” with The Guira and Tambora.

La Mezcla offers a 12 piece band; down to variations of 8 to 6 piece depending on the occasion. La Mezcla performs in both Spanish and English; mixing new music with the favourite traditional latin numbers; while salsa is their speciality.

Per Le Conche is an 8 piece Latin band, playing tunes from Irakere, Los Van Van, N.G. La banda, Mark Anthony, Vicentico, and lots of salsa, cumbia, latin Funk and latin Jazz. The members of Perle Conche are:Ivan Leon ( Lead Singer), Elvis Negron (guitar), Willy viran (congas), Jethro Negron (drums), miles (trumpet), Wes (trombone), Victor Cruz (bass), Mike Levy (keyboards).
Their line-up features great local Latin and Jazz musicians. Despite being a young band, the band members are all veterans, they’ve all performed with some of the best local and International bands and between them they’ve performed in some of the best festivals and clubs around the Country.
