*Our menu will vary weekly and each night there will be a choice of 3 DISHES IN EACH COURSE WEEKLY MENUS WILL BE SET BY THURSDAY OF EACH WEEK

• Rib Eye Steak served with sauted spinach, roast chat potatoes and port, veal jus
• Sirloin Steak with Caper & Olive Salsa or Italian Green Salad
• Roasted Proscuitto wrapped Chicken Breast with sage leaves on egplant, spinach & pumpkin stack
• Fettucini with Creamy gorgonzola & sage sauce
• Wild mushroom risotto with peas and truffle oil

• Cream Caramel with Orange Sauce

• Chocolate Mousse with Raspberry coulis and mint
